Today, April 2, the fourth match of the finals series took place between Kremenchuk and Kyiv Capitals.

The game ended with a score of 3:1 in favor of the capital club. Now, the Capitals lead the series (3-1), and the next match could be decisive.

Vadym Shakhraichuk's team started the game strongly. In the first period, the hosts found themselves behind twice: on the 9th minute, Serhiy Chernienko scored, and two minutes before the end of the first period, Canadian player Yang Hu doubled the lead.

In the second period, Kremenchuk had a chance to equalize but Vitaliy Liulka failed to convert a penalty shot. Shortly after, the hosts finally managed to score. Igor Yedapin's team converted a power play with a goal from Gevorkyan.

Midway through the third period, the Kyiv team took advantage of their power play. Latvian Berdniks surprised everyone with a long-range shot, possibly catching goalie Eduard Zakarchenko off guard.

Two minutes before the final buzzer, an alarm interrupted the match. After a 30-minute pause, the teams resumed play, but the score remained unchanged.

As a reminder, the first game ended with a victory for the capital club in overtime. In the second match, Kremenchuk evened the series, while in the third game, the Capitals gained the upper hand in a high-scoring encounter.
