Ukraine's top tennis player, Elina Svitolina, has successfully reached the quarterfinals of the WTA 250 tournament in Auckland, New Zealand, with a prize pool of $283,347.

In the second-round match, Elina (ranked 13th in WTA) defeated Katie Boulter (112th) from Great Britain with a score of 7:5, 6:4.

The match lasted 2 hours and 3 minutes.

Svitolina has now won her second match against Boulter. Six years ago, they faced each other in the first round of the Australian Open, where the match concluded with a score of 6:4, 7:5 in favor of Svitolina.

Her next opponent will again be a British player, the 68th-ranked Sonay Cartel.
