Ukrainian cyclist Mila Ushakova has entered into a contract with UAE Team ADQ. The team's press office has reported this news.
The 18-year-old will compete for the youth division of the project known as UAE Development Team. The contract will take effect in 2026.
In the past two seasons, Ushakova raced for Belgian teams – Van Moer Logistics and Baloise Minimax.
In 2025, she achieved a gold double at the Ukrainian championship in the junior category for the second consecutive year and finished 12th in the time trial at the World Championship in Kigali (Rwanda).
UAE Team ADQ is part of the World Tour, the elite division of global cycling. The top cyclist in the world, Slovenian Tadej Pogačar, races for the men's team of the project, UAE Emirates.
