At the 3x3 Basketball European Championship held in Copenhagen, the Ukrainian women's team finished in ninth place.

This was reported by the Basketball Federation of Ukraine.

Unfortunately, the Ukrainian athletes failed to advance to the quarter-finals, losing both of their group stage matches: first, they lost to France with a score of 16:20, and later fell to Azerbaijan with a score of 14:21.

Among the teams that did not advance to the quarter-finals, the Ukrainian team scored the highest points – 30, allowing them to secure the ninth position overall.

In the quarter-finals, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, and Azerbaijan will compete. The awards will be distributed today, September 7.

Earlier, the winners and medalists of the Ukrainian Cup in 3x3 basketball were announced.
