Ukraine's team made a strong start at the world wheelchair fencing championship in Iksan, South Korea.

Competitors from 28 nations are participating in the event. The Ukrainian delegation includes 13 athletes.

In the men's team sabre event, our athletes secured silver medals:

• Andrii Demchuk (category A), Artem Manko (category A), Dmytro Seriozhenko (category B), and Eduard Kudenkо (category A).
• Dmytro Seriozhenko also claimed a bronze medal in the men's sabre category B.

We congratulate our medalists and continue to cheer for the Ukrainian fencers at the 2025 world championship, which will last until September 7.
