The Ukrainian underwater sports team showcased an impressive performance, earning 21 medals and setting 2 records at the European Championship held in Olsztyn, Poland.

Approximately 200 competitors from 19 nations participated, with 15 representing Ukraine.

Our athletes secured 6 gold, 6 silver, and 9 bronze medals.

The European champions include:

• Sofia Hrechko (200 m with fins);
• Yelizaveta Hrechikhina, Sofia Hrechko, Anna Yakovleva, Anastasia Makarenko (4x100 m with fins, women);
• Yelizaveta Hrechikhina, Sofia Hrechko, Anna Yakovleva, Anastasia Makarenko (4x200 m with fins, women);
• Sofia Hrechko (400 m with fins);
• Anastasia Makarenko (100 m with fins);
• Sofia Hrechko (800 m with fins).
