On July 17, the Ukraine U-20 men's national team played against the Czech Republic for the 9-16 placement at the EuroBasket Championship in Division A.

The "Blue and Yellow" lost the match with a score of 65:85.

Moving forward, Ukraine will compete for the 13-16 positions, while the Czechs will fight for places 9-12.

It is worth noting that Ukrainian player Maxim Klychko suffered an injury during the game, landing on an opponent's foot in the fourth quarter and had to leave the match early.
