The Ukrainian women's 3x3 basketball team has improved its standings, entering the top five overall after the Bucharest competition.

This was reported by the Basketball Federation of Ukraine.

At the Romanian tournament, the Ukrainian athletes finished in fourth place, reaching the semifinals for the third time this season.

Earlier, at their first stage in Vienna, the team secured fourth place, losing to the champions from the Netherlands. In Ulaanbaatar, the Ukrainians also fell to the Australian champions in the semifinals but ultimately finished third.

In total, over three stages, the Ukrainian women's 3x3 team scored 190 points (70 in Ulaanbaatar and 60 in Vienna and Bucharest) and currently holds fourth place in the overall standings of the Women's 3x3 Series.

Last year, the team participated in five stages, achieving a second place finish in Ulaanbaatar and third in Poitiers.

Overall, Ukraine earned 270 points during the season, placing 13th in the overall ranking – the best result for Ukraine in the Women's 3x3 Series.

Previously, the Ukrainian team faced defeat in the semifinals of the Women's 3x3 Series.
