On November 10, the exhibition «The Tales of the Brave» was inaugurated at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. It highlights the stories of Ukrainian youth and organizations implementing projects with the support of the European Youth Foundation in response to the full-scale war.
Key points to know:
15 selected projects were presented.
From 2022 to 2025, the foundation supported 58 initiatives in Ukraine.
Over 4000 young people from various regions participated in these projects.
Topics range from community rebuilding and inclusion to psychosocial support and peacebuilding.
Representatives from the Council of Europe, the European Youth Foundation, and Ukraine's Permanent Representation to the Council of Europe attended the opening. They emphasized the energy and effectiveness of Ukrainian youth organizations and the ongoing collaboration between Ukraine and the Council of Europe.
The exhibition will next head to Lviv!
Starting from November 28, «The True Heroes» will be showcased as part of the concluding events of the year, during which Lviv is the European Youth Capital 2025. In December, the exhibition will move to the European Youth Centre in Budapest.
In Strasbourg, the exhibition is presented in the official space of the Council of Europe, alongside the flags of Ukraine and the EU, symbolizing support for Ukrainian youth at the European institutional level.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine continues to strengthen partnerships with the European Youth Foundation and support programs that create opportunities for youth even in the most challenging times.
