A one-day Bootcamp in Kyiv focused on the theme of inclusivity and communication, bringing together participants of all ages.

The event showcased a new illustrated guide titled “The Heart Sees More Than the Eyes,” aimed at fostering tolerance and mutual respect.

Attendees included representatives from the Kyiv City Council and the Commissioner for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Lesia Petriivska emphasized the importance of ensuring comfort for all city residents.

“Discussions about accessibility must go hand in hand with open communication. This Bootcamp teaches how to communicate without barriers,” she noted.

Olesia Zubrytska highlighted that such initiatives help create an environment where everyone feels equal.

“While attitudes towards people with disabilities are improving, there is still much work to be done. It is crucial for young people to develop empathy and respect for others,” she added.
