On August 18, the Ukrainian government led by Yuliya Svyrydenko presented an updated action plan for the country.

«This strategy will serve as our guide to overcome the challenges of war and ensure stable development in the future», — emphasized Prime Minister Yuliya Svyrydenko.

The Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Matviy Bidnyy, outlined three key areas of focus for the ministry within the new program:

Sports reform and research: implementing European management standards, supporting club infrastructure, and creating adaptive sports programs. Launch of OlympicLab — an innovation center for training the best athletes.

«Sports hold immense social value, which we actively promote through our reform efforts» — highlighted the Minister.

Youth policy: implementing the EU initiative «Youth Guarantee», opening new opportunities for young people in education, employment, and entrepreneurship.

«This is a comprehensive reform aimed at improving conditions for youth in the labor market», — explained Matviy Bidnyy.

National identity: the foundation for cohesion, security, and state development.

The Minister stressed that strengthening national identity is one of the priorities of state policy. National narratives become crucial for defense capability, with youth playing a leading role in their creation and dissemination.

All initiatives are aimed at reinforcing unity, development, and shaping a bright future.
