We are excited to announce the official poster for the 16th Odesa International Film Festival (OIFF).
This year, the festival will take place from September 24 to October 4, 2025, in Kyiv.
The poster reflects the current state of Ukraine: scarred yet resilient and whole.
Culture, and specifically film, plays a vital role in healing and uniting our nation.
The iconic figure of Duke is complemented by a red heart on the poster, symbolizing our humanity and resilience, encapsulated in this year’s slogan: “Resilience is in Our DNA.”
“The cracks on the poster signify not only the marks of trauma but also the paths that emerge through them. The heart of Duke represents Odessa and beats in Kyiv, reminding us of our identity and the sensitivity and strength of our culture,” said Anna Machukh, the General Director of the OIFF.
