The number of active users of the Ministry of Defense app «Reserve+» has reached 4 million.

This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernohorenko during her speech at the DOU Day conference.

The app was officially launched in May 2024 as part of the implementation of new mobilization laws. According to Chernohorenko, over 70% of conscripts updated their information via the "Reserve+" platform within a year, totaling 4 million registered individuals.

In addition to updating personal data, the app also provides access to various services, including recruitment, which helps Ukrainians find suitable job vacancies. Chernohorenko noted that over 100,000 applications for military positions have been submitted since the launch of this service.

In March of this year, the app introduced the electronic referral feature for the military medical commission (MMC). In just over two months, more than 200,000 referrals for the MMC have been generated.

Chernohorenko also mentioned that the "Oberih" registry, which underpins "Reserve+", processes over 1 million requests daily and has 14 channels for data exchange with government systems.

Additional Information. "Oberih" is the single electronic registry for conscripts, reservists, and military personnel, reducing the likelihood of human error through automation.
