In Ukraine, severe weather has caused numerous towns to lose power.
This was reported by "Ukrenergo".
"Our teams are working diligently to restore electricity as quickly as possible. However, the ongoing bad weather complicates the situation," the company stated.
At the same time, electricity consumption in Ukraine remains high.
As of April 11 at 9:30, electricity consumption was on par with the previous day, Thursday. This is due to cold weather persisting across the country and significant cloud cover, which reduces the efficiency of solar power systems.
Additionally, on April 10, a daily peak in consumption was recorded in the morning, which was 3.1% higher than the peak of the previous day, Wednesday.
"We urge everyone to use electricity wisely today. Please avoid using multiple high-powered appliances simultaneously from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM," Ukrenergo requested.
