In an effort to support Ukrzaliznytsia, which recently suffered a significant cyberattack, Ukrpost has launched a unique stamp as part of the «Own Stamp» project.

This was reported by Ukrpost, according to a correspondent from the Ukrainian Information Service.

The new stamp features a design by artist Oleksandr Nikityuk, depicting the legendary glass in a glass holder — a timeless symbol of train travel. Warm, like a summer evening in a compartment, and sturdy, like rail tracks, this stamp serves as a reminder that true traditions cannot be broken by any attack.

While each passenger of Ukrzaliznytsia can enjoy the signature glass of tea during their journey, the number of stamps is limited.

100 exclusive sheets featuring the iconic symbol of Ukrzaliznytsia will be drawn randomly among passengers who submitted words of support to the railway workers through the feedback form in the app since its restoration post-cyberattack until the return of tickets lost due to the attack.

Each stamp comes with a special bonus — 1440 iron hugs. This number corresponds to the longest train route, Zaporizhzhia-Uzhhorod.

We remind you that «hugs» are bonuses that passengers receive for their travels when purchasing tickets via the Ukrzaliznytsia app. Thus, more kilometers mean more hugs, which can be exchanged for various bonuses and discounts from Ukrzaliznytsia and partners as part of the loyalty program «Iron Friends» that will be restored soon.
