Ukraine is experiencing an increase in electricity consumption for the third consecutive day.

This is reported by "Ukrenergo".

According to their data, on April 9 at 9:30, the level of electricity consumption was 1.1% higher than the same time the previous day — Tuesday.

The company explains that the reason for this is the cold weather with nighttime frosts affecting the entire territory of Ukraine.

It is noted that on April 8, a daily maximum of consumption was recorded in the evening, which was 2% higher than the maximum of the previous day — Monday, April 7.

"Today, there is a need for careful electricity consumption. Please limit the use of high-power appliances from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM," emphasized "Ukrenergo".

Recall:
