The mobile branches of Oschadbank have become a crucial part of the financial infrastructure for remote communities, especially in times of war. In the winter of 2025, a team from "Espreso" TV along with the bank's chairman, Serhiy Naumov, embarked on a journey through Sumy to document the operations of these branches.

Over two days, they visited settlements lacking stationary banking facilities, such as Hlynsk and Kyrykivka. Local residents rely on mobile branches for cash withdrawals, utility payments, and card issuance.

Sumy region consists of 51 territorial communities, 22 of which are in high-risk areas. Oschadbank's mobile units serve 15 of these communities, as the region faces frequent shelling and stationary banks are non-operational.

These mobile branches visit remote areas several times a month, coordinating their operations with local authorities. They are equipped with modern communication tools, security systems, and energy supplies.

The demand for financial services in these areas remains high, and many Ukrainians lack access to online banking. Oschadbank's mobile branches have become the only viable option for them.

"Our colleagues from frontline branches emphasize the importance of Oschadbank's return to these areas. It allows people to receive social payments and pensions. We strive to ensure as many branches as possible in these regions, as it is a matter of social responsibility," noted Serhiy Naumov.

The mobile units of Oschadbank implement the "My Barrier-Free" program, providing services to those in greatest need. In 2024, they served Donetsk, Sumy, and other regions, and are now expanding their operations.
