As of April 1, all previous reservations are no longer valid. Businesses that have updated their critical status can continue to reserve their employees, while others must comply with the new requirements.

Key changes effective April 1 include:

  • Previous reservations will be canceled
  • Processing of reservation applications will take 72 hours instead of one day
  • Only companies with updated critical status will have access to reservations

If your business has an old critical status:

  1. Update your critical status — details can be found here
  2. Once your new critical status is confirmed, reserve your employees

Please note that reservations are made exclusively through the Diya portal. Business leaders do not need to prepare paper orders or documents.
