Russian sources reported that the negotiations concluded late Monday, with a draft joint statement sent to Moscow and Washington for approval, aiming for publication on Tuesday.

The White House indicated that the primary goal of this round of Saudi negotiations is to establish a ceasefire in the Black Sea and to revive the Black Sea Grain Initiative, from which the Russians withdrew in 2023.
