The capital has unveiled the inaugural issue of the electronic journal «Urban Development». This edition includes nineteen articles featuring original research on crucial topics in economics, management, marketing, public administration, and international economic relations. The announcement was made by the municipal research institution «Institute of Socio-Economic Development of the City», the journal's founding body.

The articles in this issue focus on sustainable urban development, economic security during wartime, innovative factors of market competitiveness, environmental issues, and creating a safe environment for the health and well-being of citizens, along with the functioning of youth centers in the context of early risk prevention and response to challenges faced by modern youth.

The journal aims to broaden the scientific discourse among students, postgraduates, young professionals, and university faculty in the fields of economics, management, and social sciences. It will also publish results of scientific research. The «Urban Development» journal is indexed in the international scientific database Index Copernicus.

The editorial board has already started accepting and selecting submissions for the next issue, which is expected to be published in October this year.
