The documentation related to the purchase of "Idea Bank" by TАS Group's shareholder Serhiy Tihipko has been submitted to the National Bank of Ukraine, which is currently reviewing them as per legal requirements.

This was confirmed by the regulator in response to a request from "Interfax-Ukraine".

"The National Bank of Ukraine has received the necessary documents from Serhiy Tihipko regarding the approval of substantial participation, which are now under review within the licensing procedures according to the law and NBU regulations", the statement reads.

In October 2024, Getin Holding and TАS Group signed an agreement for the sale of 100% of the shares of "Idea Bank Ukraine".

Subsequently, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine granted permission to shareholder Serhiy Tihipko for concentration through indirect acquisition of 100% of "Idea Bank" shares.
