On the eve of Christmas, a significant event took place at St. Sophia's Cathedral, which boasts a thousand-year history, uplifting our spirits and inspiring us.
The special cancellation ceremony featured Igor Smilyansky, CEO of JSC «Ukrposhta», His Beatitude Epiphanius, Metropolitan of Kyiv, as well as the director of the National Preserve «Saint Sophia of Kyiv» and artist Anton Logov, the designer of the new stamp.
The stamp «Christmas Angel» — represents Christmas that brings us together. It symbolizes faith that never fades. It speaks of the goodness we cherish and pass on — even in a small envelope.
«May this angelic message bring a ray of hope to your festive letters», — reads the greeting for the joyous holiday at St. Sophia's Cathedral.
