During monitoring of social media, law enforcement officials discovered a post indicating that a woman allegedly barred residents from accessing part of a shelter within a library in the Podil district of Kyiv.
Officers from the patrol police promptly responded to the report and arrived at the scene. They identified the individuals involved in the incident. The conflict between the citizens was resolved.
