Ukrposhta will initiate the distribution of payments under the «Winter Aid 2025» program throughout Ukraine, including frontline areas.

This program, approved by the government for 2025-2026, provides a one-time assistance of 1000 UAH for all Ukrainians. All citizens can receive this aid, except for those living abroad or in occupied territories.

Ukrposhta will be the main partner in implementing this initiative, ensuring timely delivery of payments and making government support truly accessible for everyone.

«Supporting our people is the main priority this winter, especially in frontline communities where the situation is toughest. As in the previous year, Ukrposhta, with its extensive network of over 4400 stationary and 1900 mobile branches, will facilitate the delivery of aid to people.» - noted Oleksiy Kubela, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine.

Last year's experience showed that many Ukrainians, especially from remote communities, lack access to banking infrastructure. This is particularly evident in villages and frontline areas where banks and terminals are often unavailable.

In 2024, Ukrposhta assisted about 2 million citizens, ensuring payments through over 26,000 points across Ukraine.

This year, the program will be similar to last year's, with some changes:

• Pensioners and recipients of social payments who receive them through Ukrposhta will automatically receive 1000 UAH on the day of their pension payment.
• Other citizens who cannot apply via the «Diia» app can do so at any Ukrposhta branch from November 18 to December 24.

To apply, you need to have:

• a passport or an identification document;
• an identification code;
• for children - a birth certificate;
• for guardians - documents confirming their status.

The received funds can be spent on:

• utility bills;
• subscriptions to publications;
• postal services;
• medications produced in Ukraine;
• Ukrainian-made goods;
• dona to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ukrposhta will ensure high service quality even during the holiday season, allowing customers to quickly receive their parcels.
