Starting from September 15, 2025, Ukrpost will begin testing a new mobile application featuring the most requested functionalities.

The company's CEO, Igor Smilyansky, announced this on Telegram.

«We plan to launch the application in three phases, as most companies around the world do. From today, a beta version with the most anticipated features is available. We invite you to download it, test it, and leave your feedback — there is a special form for that,» the message states.

The new application already includes push notifications about parcel arrivals, delivery status changes, reminders for pickups, new promotions, and more. All shipments associated with a specific phone number will also be displayed automatically.

Additionally, a detailed tracking function has been implemented, allowing users to track all information about their parcel: route, sender, recipient, tariff, status, payment details, and a barcode for scanning at the post office. A universal search function for shipments and an interactive map of branches is also available — including addresses, working hours, as well as online payment (currently only at the shipment creation stage).

«And there’s one more unique feature that no one else has. When creating a parcel, you can choose an option based on price and delivery time: a more expensive option for next-day delivery (the «Priority» rate) if you're in a hurry, or 2-4 days (the «Basic» rate)», added Smilyansky.

In the second phase, the head of Ukrpost promises to introduce parcel management features (redirecting, changing the recipient) and payment by the recipient upon delivery. After launching this phase, the operator plans to eliminate all paper applications in the branches. Everything will be online or via the call center.

In the third phase, functionalities will be expanded: users will be able to make payments and order goods, stamps, medicines, and more through the application.

Smilyansky noted that the application is a proprietary development of Ukrpost, without involving third-party companies.

As a reminder, Ukrpost is introducing «Express Window» services in branches to expedite service for parcel and letter recipients.
