The Makaryv community is currently engaged in the restoration of a vital transportation hub that ensures reliable connectivity between the region's settlements.
On the T-10-19 highway, the major repair of the bridge, damaged during military actions in 2022, is underway. This structure is a key element of the transportation infrastructure not only for the Makaryv community but for the entire Kyiv region.
According to the Makaryv village council, work is currently being done on reinforcing and pouring concrete for the beam of intermediate support No. 1, preparing for the concrete pouring of the beam of the end support No. 4, and setting up scaffolding near intermediate support No. 2.
Preparatory works have previously been completed, including pile installation, drainage system setup, groundwork for scaffold installation, earthworks, and soil compaction, as well as preparing the site for the erection of new bridge structures.
The repair is funded by the Fund for the Elimination of Consequences of Armed Aggression. The works are being carried out by the State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
The restoration of this critical facility will enable safe and swift movement between Kyiv region communities, enhancing regional transportation connectivity.
