The "Diia" program offers grants for entrepreneurs aiming to create nurturing and educational spaces for children, ranging from nurseries to development centers.
According to the program's press service, grants of up to UAH 500,000 can be obtained without any personal funding. This opportunity is available for individuals planning to start a business in education under the KVED 85.10.
For amounts between UAH 500,000 and UAH 1,000,000, funding is provided at a ratio of 70/30, where at least 30% must be your own contribution. Grants are available only to sole proprietors registered for more than 12 months.
Entrepreneurs who are already in the early childhood education sector or are planning to start their own business can use 50% of the grant for repairs, materials, and equipment, while the remaining funds can be allocated for business development, as noted by "Diia".

- Attach a business plan following the prescribed format — a sample is available on the Diia portal
- Sign electronically and submit the application
Existing sole proprietors, LLCs, or individuals can apply for the grant aimed at developing early childhood education.
