During a meeting chaired by President Volodymyr Zelensky, topics regarding weapons production in Ukraine, agreements with international partners, and supplies for the military were discussed.

The President shared this information on his Telegram channel.

«I held a meeting focused on the defense sector: our domestic weapons production, partnerships, and supplies for the Ukrainian army. We are thoroughly assessing the execution of all contracts, agreements, and investment projects,» - said Zelensky.

He mentioned that participants identified necessary steps to be taken soon and key indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of defense management by the end of the year.

«We need to increase the amount of Ukrainian weapons,» - emphasized the President.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov also participated in the meeting.
