Traffic on the Kyiv-Chop highway has been resumed after explosions occurred yesterday evening near the village of Berezina in the Zhytomyr region.

This was reported by the Recovery Agency via Telegram.

“Traffic has been fully restored on the M-06 Kyiv-Chop route,” the post states.

It is noted that traffic is open in both directions — across all lanes in each direction. Passage is ensured.

As previously reported, due to the emergency incident at the 126 km mark of the M-06 Kyiv — Chop road (near the village of Berezina in the Zhytomyr region), traffic in both directions was blocked.

As a result of the explosions in the village of Berezina near Zhytomyr, two people were killed and 24 were injured.
