The Ministry of Digital Transformation has launched a new service in the "Diya" app — Ukrainians can now fully replace their vehicle registration document online. This will be useful in cases of document loss, damage, number plate changes, or switching to a digital format.

To use the service, you need to open the "Diya" app, go to Services → Drivers → Replace vehicle registration, sign the application, and choose a convenient delivery method for the new document — either to a branch or via courier from Ukrposhta.

This service is available for vehicle owners who meet the following criteria:

• aged 18 and over;
• possess a tax number (TIN) registered in "Diya";
• have a biometric document (ID card or residence permit) in "Diya";
• own a registered vehicle.

The service operates without the need to visit an MVS service center.
