In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, the operation to find 5-year-old Kirill, who had been missing for over three days, has concluded successfully.
"Today (June 21) at 05:54, rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine used a drone to locate the missing boy".
According to the rescuers, throughout the search operation, they scanned 5,500 hectares of land, including 4,600 hectares of forested area. Drones covered 8,902 hectares.
Divers examined 12 bodies of water with a total area of 7,700 square meters and 155 hectares of shoreline.
Background: On June 17, around 6 PM, during a walk in the forest with his mother, 5-year-old Kirill went missing. He wandered out of her sight and did not return home.
