The award is granted annually to authors of new original journalistic works that promote the establishment of the nation’s historical memory and national identity.

The State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine announces the acceptance of journalistic works for the Vyacheslav Chornovil Award for the best journalistic contribution.

Entries can be submitted by individual authors or creative teams of up to five members, with works published in the last three years, no later than six months before the submission.

To participate, applications must be submitted by August 10, 2025, including a brief description of the work and its author, a copy of the work (electronic version or link to the publication), proof of publication in print, audiovisual, or online media, and a copy of the passport (for creative teams, copies of all members’ passports).

Documents should be sent to: 01 001, Kyiv, 2 Prorezna St., State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine marked “For the Vyacheslav Chornovil Award for the Best Journalistic Work.”

For efficient processing of submitted documents and remote review of the competition works, applications in word format with a signature in pdf format, as well as electronic versions of the works, should be sent to the email address irina@comin.gov.ua.
