The average air temperature in Ukraine's capital was 11.1 degrees Celsius, which is 1.1 degrees above the average historical data. 

This information was provided by the Central Geophysical Observatory named after Boris Sreznevsky.

An abnormal April in Kyiv: temperature fluctuations and increased precipitation norms

According to meteorologists, the lowest temperature in the capital was recorded on April 11.

On that day, the thermometer fell to minus 4.1 degrees Celsius, marking a new temperature low for this date in the last seven years.

The highest temperature was noted on April 23 and 24, when the maximum reached plus 27.4 degrees Celsius.

The amount of precipitation recorded on Prospect of Science was 47 millimeters, exceeding the average monthly norm by 12%.

Last March in Kyiv set a record for warmth in the entire history of meteorological measurements lasting 144 years.
