A 53-year-old resident of Fastiv, who shot at a father and son during a dispute, is facing life imprisonment. 
The incident occurred on August 31. After a verbal altercation, the man returned home, grabbed a weapon, and returned to the scene. He fired several shots at the father and his 28-year-old son. The younger victim succumbed to his injuries in the hospital, while his father continues to fight for his life under medical supervision.
The weapon was confiscated, and the attacker was detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Investigators have charged him with attempted murder of two individuals, intentional murder, and illegal possession of a firearm. He faces up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment for these offenses.
