The High Anti-Corruption Court has delivered a verdict against former Kyiv Administrative Court judge Olena Vlasenkova, sentencing her to 5 years and 6 months in prison for corruption.
"On June 11, 2025, the panel of judges announced the verdict for the former judge, who was caught accepting illegal benefits related to procedural decisions in cases." - the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office stated.
While anti-corruption agencies have not disclosed the name of the accused, sources confirm that it refers to Vlasenkova, who was apprehended in 2018.
The court found her guilty of crimes outlined in part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and imposed a sentence of 5 years and 6 months imprisonment, along with a three-year ban from holding public office and confiscation of property.
The verdict takes effect in 30 days unless appealed.
