A new set of short-term courses has been launched in Kyiv, funded by the Japanese government under the project «Transformational Recovery for People's Safety in Ukraine». This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration's Department of Education.
«The city needs skilled workers, which is why our partners are funding educational projects where anyone can acquire professional skills, such as electrical installation or plumbing, that are currently in demand. This is especially relevant for those who have been forced to leave their homes and lack the knowledge needed for employment in a new city. The program also provides participants with training materials and work attire,» said Elena Fidanyan, the department director.
Specifically, the «Kyiv Professional College of Construction and Utilities» invites individuals to learn the professions of «installer of sanitary and technical systems» and «secondary circuit electrician». The training duration is 2 months. Contact phone: 067-194-71-04.
