Over the last two years, the share of job vacancies for individuals with disabilities in Ukraine has risen from 7% to 12%.

This information is provided by a study conducted by Work.ua.

The number of job offers suitable for people with disabilities increased from 4,315 in January 2023 to 12,092 in March 2025.

Some of the common positions available for these individuals include sales consultant, sales manager, driver, customer service manager, cashier, accountant, cleaner, loader, call center operator, pharmacist, laborer, chef, and guard.

Work.ua also analyzed which job positions have the highest percentage of vacancies suitable for people with disabilities:

bank branch specialist (57% of all vacancies for this position are suitable for people with disabilities);

• operational cashier (56%);
• welder (40%);
• German language instructor (36%);
• Polish language instructor (34%);
• international driver (33%);
• financial consultant (32%).

Additionally, Work.ua examined the sectors that have the highest proportion of vacancies marked "For People with Disabilities":

• Non-profit organizations and charities — 26%;
• Finance, banking, insurance — 26%;
• Media — 25%;
• Security — 25%;
• Machine engineering — 19%.
