Kyivvodokanal has firmly denied the rumors regarding an increase in tariffs for water supply and wastewater services. The company released a statement regarding the spread of such information on social media and Telegram channels.

"Today, information has emerged suggesting that the tariffs for water supply and wastewater services in Kyiv have risen fourfold," the statement reads.

Kyivvodokanal officials assure that this information is false. The tariffs remain at the level that was in effect as of February 24, 2022.

"Discrepancies in calculations occurred due to a technical glitch in the payment systems. Our billing system displays the charges correctly. We advise consumers to refrain from making any payment transactions until the issue is resolved," the company emphasized.
