On October 6, the Kyiv City State Administration's Main Information and Computing Center signed a contract with LLC "Smart Apps" for the upgrade of the "Kyiv Digital" system worth 7.66 million UAH. This was reported by the publication "Our Money" based on data from "Prozorro".
The system "Kyiv Digital" includes mobile applications such as "Kyiv Digital" and the "Parking Inspector's ARM".
This year, improvements are planned for the mobile app "Kyiv Digital" to enhance usability and expand administrative features.
Specifically, the following is planned:
- the creation of a new "Leisure" service to view cultural events;
- notification of parents about children's whereabouts;
- access to data on parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities;
- automatic termination of parking sessions in case of technical failures;
- notifications about changes in metro and suburban train schedules;
- displaying the working hours of public transport routes;
- informing about service outages through modal windows.
This is already the third contract for the upgrade of the "Kyiv Digital" system under the "Digital Kyiv" program for 2024-2027.
In June, a contract was signed with LLC "IT Group Ukraine" for 22.39 million UAH, which included the creation of services such as "Ecological Waste Management", "Kyiv City Fairs", and "Who is My Deputy" among other improvements.
In April, "Smart Apps" received a contract worth 21.98 million UAH for implementing free public transport rides for certain population categories, and displaying GPS data for suburban trains.
The main competitor was the company "Seira Solutions" led by Tatyana Ostrovskaya.
The Kyiv-based "Smart Apps" is owned by Veniamin Matusievich and managed by Olena Tymoshchuk.
