In Kyiv, work is ongoing on the reconstruction of a building that will serve as a Rehabilitation Center for youth and children with disabilities. This was announced by Marina Honda, the deputy head of the Kyiv City Administration.

She reminded that the planning for this facility started before the full-scale invasion. The center will be part of a unified city rehabilitation network and will assist over 1,600 residents with disabilities in the area, including about 700 young people and more than 900 children. Marina Honda expressed hope that the contractor and client would meet their commitments and complete the main work by the end of 2025. Once opened, the facility will provide comprehensive medical, psychological, and social support for children and youth with disabilities.
