The reverse traffic will start on August 14 in an experimental mode in collaboration with the Kyiv Patrol Police.

These changes are due to the bridge repairs, which significantly slow down vehicle movement. This is reported by the Department of Transport Infrastructure of the Kyiv City Administration.

Schedule for the reverse traffic:

• In the morning, there will be 3 lanes operating from the left bank to the right, and 1 lane in the opposite direction;
• Approximately from 2:00 PM, there will be 3 lanes heading towards the left bank and 1 towards the right;
• On weekends, there will be 2 lanes in each direction.

The patrol police will monitor the adherence to the new traffic regime in the first days.

The department urges drivers to carefully follow road signs, adhere to traffic rules, and plan their routes considering the changes.
