The authorities in Kyiv have announced temporary service changes on the red line of the metro. Currently, trains are only operating up to the "Vokzalna" station.

This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA).

Quote: "Service on the red line is temporarily limited to the "Vokzalna" station.

Due to technical issues, train service on the Svyatoshyn-Brovarska line is organized from the "Akademmistetcho" station to the "Vokzalna" station.

Further updates regarding the restoration of full service and any additional changes will be provided later.

Details: The reasons for halting service beyond the "Vokzalna" station are currently not disclosed.

The KCSA emphasized that all underground metro stations continue to operate as shelters.

Update: Later, the KCSA clarified the information regarding train services.

Trains on the red line are now operating from the "Akademmistetcho" station to the "Arsenalna" station.

Transfer hubs "Teatralna" – "Zoloti Vorota" and "Khreshchatyk" – "Maidan Nezalezhnosti" are working as usual.
