A new modern dog park has been opened in the ‘Nalyvayko’ park located in the Obolonskyi district of Kyiv.

This training and relaxation area for pets spans a total of 1,250 square meters.

The news was shared by Serhii Saburov, the acting director of the Department of Environmental Protection and Climate Change Adaptation of the Kyiv City State Administration.

“The park has been set up with the help of our municipal enterprises – the Kyiv City Veterinary Medicine Hospital and the Obolonskyi district’s utility company as part of the City Target Program for Animal Welfare in Kyiv for 2024-2025,” Saburov noted.

The park features training equipment and specialized bins to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both pets and their owners.

According to Saburov, there are plans to establish another dog park in the ‘Orlyatko’ park in the Solomianskyi district, which is expected to open by the end of this year.

The department encourages visitors to take care of the equipment, clean up after their pets, and respect others in the park.
