The heat in Kyiv has been ongoing for several days, and no significant drop in temperature is expected soon.
Today, the Municipal Guard assisted a man who suffered from heat stroke in the center of Kyiv.
According to reports from the 'Municipal Guard,' they received an alert about a man feeling unwell at the entrance to 'Volodymyrska Hill' park.
The guards quickly arrived on the scene, provided first aid, and waited for the ambulance called by the man's wife.
The couple sincerely thanked them for their help and support. Once assured there was no further threat, they called a taxi and left the park.
“In hot weather, remember basic safety measures: avoid prolonged sun exposure, wear hats, drink plenty of water, and closely monitor your well-being and that of your loved ones,” the Municipal Guard reminded.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center warns that a slight decrease in temperature — down to 27 degrees — will occur on July 11, after which temperatures will rise again to 32 degrees. Additionally, from July 11 to 13, there will be an extreme fire hazard level in Ukraine, particularly in Kyiv, Vinnytsia, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
