In Kyiv, the funicular will be closed from July 14 to August 22 for its annual scheduled maintenance.

This was announced by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration, referencing the Kyivpastrans company.

During the maintenance, specialists will repair the machinery, compressor, and thyristor halls. They will inspect the rail tracks and partially replace the sleepers.

Plans also include major repairs of the train nodes and components, equipping the machinery hall, and conducting bodywork.
