Today, on July 6th, new regulations for freight transport have been implemented in the capital.
According to the patrol police, in order to preserve the road surface, trucks are prohibited from moving when the air temperature is +28 degrees Celsius and above. This ban applies to vehicles with a total weight exceeding 24 tons and an axle load exceeding 7 tons.
The police advise drivers to wait out the hot period in designated parking areas along the roadside and near roadside service facilities.
