On July 6th at 5:00 PM in Kyiv, near the «Lybidska» metro station, a rally will take place to support Ukrainian soldiers held captive.

The event is organized by the Association of Families of Azovstal Defenders.

The main aim is to draw attention to the plight of thousands of Ukrainian defenders currently in captivity. Participants will gather to express their support for the prisoners and their families, reminding everyone that the struggle continues not only on the front lines but also for the liberation of every one of our people.

The organizers encourage attendees to come with flags, banners, or simply open hearts to collectively say: we do not forget.

«Every voice matters. Every presence is a sign of support,» the Association emphasizes.

As is known, the Russian side violates all norms of international law and the Geneva Conventions regarding the treatment of prisoners of war. They employ torture during interrogations and morally degrade the captives.

Deaths of prisoners in enemy custody due to torture and unbearable conditions have already been recorded by Ukrainian and international human rights organizations.
