Municipal services have improved the conditions at Lake Zhankarka and the Orihivatskiy ponds.
The municipal enterprise «Pleso» reported the implementation of modern technologies to enhance Kyiv's water bodies. Recently, specialists treated Lake Zhankarka using the bioactivator «Avelife». This initiative highlights the focus of «Pleso» on environmental conservation and sustainable development of the capital's water resources.
«The applied bioactivator „Avelife“ is a modern solution for comprehensive restoration of water bodies. It is designed for effective cleaning of the aquatic environment, restoration of its ecological balance, as well as significant improvement of water quality and enhancement of its biological activity. Moreover, „Avelife“ promotes the active decomposition of both organic and inorganic pollutants that accumulate in the water, thus ensuring the healing of the water body», — explained the representatives of «Pleso».
Measures to improve the condition of the Orihivatskiy ponds are also being carried out in the Holosiivskyi district.
The Holosiivskyi district's UZN in Kyiv, following the recommendations from monitoring the state of water bodies and coordinating these works with the National Nature Park «Holosiivskyi», is implementing measures to enhance the Orihivatskiy ponds by introducing a special biodestructor for water bodies.
As explained by the Holosiivskyi UZN, the biodestructor is a natural, effective biopreparation based on beneficial microorganisms and enzymes for cleansing and restoring the ecological balance of water bodies, and it also:
- eliminates algal blooms;
- removes unpleasant odors;
- reduces the level of bottom sediment;
- eliminates pathogenic microflora;
- restores the oxygen regime of the water body;
- improves microbiological indicators of water;
- cleans the water body from organic pollution.
The product contains no chemical reagents, is non-toxic. It does not harm the health of humans, animals, fish, and aquatic plants. It is not a pollutant of soil, air, or water. It does not damage plastics, stones, metals, or other materials. It does not cause allergies.
