Ramps are being installed at the staircases of the entrance and exit of 'Vokzalna' metro station.

As part of the initiative to enhance accessibility in Kyiv's metro system, the installation of ramps has begun.

This was reported by the Kyiv Metro authorities.

The structures comply with all current building standards and accessibility regulations.

The first ramp was installed overnight on June 18, with plans to install the second ramp by the end of the week. Work is being conducted at night to avoid disrupting daily passenger flow.

Additionally, the Kyiv Metro reminds that passengers with limited mobility can request assistance for safer and more comfortable travel.
